Category (Earrings, Rings, Pendants and Bracelets) and Subcategory (in this example: Drops & Danglers, Hoops & Huggies, and Studs): When shopping by category, all products listed under that category will show up on your browser. 

 

Tags (in this example, Infinity): Tags are searchable keywords associated with a particual category and product. These tags will help you find similar products listed under a category or by design.

Step 3: Customizing A Product:

Metal:

Radiant Bay has a wide assortment of diamond-studded jewellery designs that are available in Silver and Gold (9K, 14K, and 18K Gold).

Metal colour:

Most of our gold based jewellery is customisable according to colour i.e. Rose, White and Yellow gold.

Diamond Quality:

All diamonds offered by Radiant Bay have clarity grades ranging from I1 to VVS, and colour grades from GH to EF.

Choosing a Size

It is important that you buy jewellery in the appropriate size, regardless of the type. Every product on Radiant Bay clearly lists details of the dimensions i.e. height and width of the piece, wherever applicable. 

Earrings & Pendants:

Every product on Radiant Bay clearly lists details of the dimensions i.e. height and width, and the weight of the product in all the metals it is available in.

Chains and Necklaces:

All necklace and lariats available on the website come in the standard size i.e. approximately 16 inches.

Bracelets:

All bracelets listed on Radiant Bay will come in the standard length of approximately 7 inches.

Rings:

All rings available on Radiant Bay come in sizes ranging from 6 to 25 in the Indian Standard Size. Radiant Bay has provided a ring size chart below every ring, with measurements in US and British standard size.

Step 4: Add To Cart:

Once you have customised your piece of jewellery, and selected the exact size (if it is a ring), you can add the product to cart.

Shopping Cart:

To view the products in your cart simply click on the “Shopping Cart” at the top right of the page, or by clicking on “View Cart” at the end of the tab. The shopping cart will allow you to view the products in your cart, along with product details, its price and the subtotal. Here you can also remove products from your cart or update it, if you have added a product to cart from another browser window or tab.

 

Once you are done shopping, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

Step 5: Check Out

Here you will have to fill in your information along with your shipping address. We recommend creating an account, so you can log in to check on your order processing. After you are done and click ‘Continue’ you will be led to the following page.

You will now be able to edit the information you filled in. You also have the option to use a different billing address. Always ensure that the correct billing and shipping address has been used.

You can then choose between:

Online Payment

If you choose to make your payment online, you will be redirected to PayU. Here you can choose from a range of payment methods, and then place your order.

Or

Offline Payments (Cash on Delivery):

Please note that this option is only available for orders valued below INR20,000.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an email with your order details, including product details, price and order number. In case you do not receive an order confirmation, please notify us via email at support@radiantbay.com
