Do you restock items that are “Sold Out”?

If you would like to purchase an item that is listed as “Sold Out”, please email us at support@radiantbay.com to find out if there is a backorder for the item.

Are the colours of the jewellery shown on the website accurate?

Due to the varying screen display capabilities of your device, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colour. 

Order Status

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you would like to make changes or to cancel your order, you may contact our Customer Service Team.

How can I track my order?

Your order will be shipped within 7 business days of order placement. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your shipment. You can go online and track your parcel and estimated delivery date using this tracking number.

If you haven’t received an email confirming your order, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Why was my order cancelled?

Your order may have been cancelled for the following reasons:

1. If you had entered an incorrect PIN code or address in the billing information. Please ensure that you provide correct details when placing an order.
2. If you place a Cash On Delivery order for above INR20,000,  your order will not be processed.
3. If we are unable to process your order due to unforeseen restrictions on manufacturing. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded to you in the same form of payment.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?

All Radiant Bay, jewellery is delivered in our luxurious signature wooden box. The box is bubble wrapped and sealed and placed in a tamper-proof courier envelope. If the packaging has been tampered with, please do not accept the shipment. 

What kind of shipping options do you offer?

What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders will be processed and delivered to the shipping address, provided by you, within 10 business days.

Returns and Cancellations

Can I return or exchange my Radiant Bay jewellery?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Radiant Bay purchase, you can return the merchandise in exchange for a new product or a refund. Please view our Returns & Cancellations Policy for full details.

Will I be liable to pay for shipping the merchandise to Radiant Bay, in case of an exchange or refund?

In case of an exchange or refund within the stipulated free-return period of 15 days, all shipping and handling charges shall be chargeable to Radiant Bay.

What if I wish to return my Radiant Bay purchase but cannot find the certificates?

Radiant Bay jewellery is accompanied with a certificate from BIS & EGL. In case you would like to return your purchase, it must be with the certificates provided to you or else you will be charged a fee to replace the same.

*We make every effort to ensure that your jewellery fits perfectly on the first try, and provide measurements that are as accurate as possible. But, due to the varying structural design a thick band, for example, will feel much tighter than a thin band in the similar size. Please carefully choose products in the size that suits you best.

How do I know that my diamond is ethically sourced?

We assure all our customers that every diamond we sell is certified conflict- free, procured through legal sources, and comply with the standards of the Kimberly Process.

How should I protect my silver or gold jewellery?

Silver should be kept completely dry. Your silver jewellery should be kept away from excessive exposure to air and store is in a storage box lined with tarnish proof fabric- especially if your silver is used frequently. If your climate is humid, we recommend that you place a packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area.

How do I care for my diamond?

Daily exposure to dust, pollution, chemicals and other substances can dull your diamond’s brilliance and sparkle. Soaking your diamond jewellery in a mild solution of water and a few drops of ammonia will suffice. For more extensive cleaning, give your jewellery an occasional scrub with a nonabrasive cleaner. Rinse and dry with a clean soft cloth.

What not to do when caring for your diamonds?

  • Do not wear it when you’re doing rough work. While diamonds may be the hardest substance on earth, they are not indestructible.
  • Don’t let your diamond come in contact with chlorine bleach.
  • Do not store your diamond with other pieces of jewellery as they can cut or damage the other gems and metal.
